In Erin’s class we’ve been looking at a new master to mimic every week. This week was one of my favorite artists of all time: Wayne Thiebaud. At nearly 100 years old, he is STILL painting. I especially like his bright and unusual colors, repetition (armies of items/subjects), and his draftsmanship. Subject in this painting was provided by Erin.
