I was asked earlier in the year if I painted larger stuff and the answer was: sort of. So I decided to see if my current style could be scaled and this painting is the result of that attempt. The water’s reflection was most interesting to me in that the colors shifted quite a bit and the shapes reminded me of skyscrapers–a city below.
