The last early expressionists class before the COVID-19 induced captivity had begun, we looked at Henri Matisse. Specifically his extensive use of pattern and crazy colors. I tried to mimic the patterns the most. I’ll admit this was more difficult than it looked. Below are some examples of his work that I was studying.
