I tried to mimic the style of early 1900s Dutch painter Jacoba van Heemskerck. She had a very stained glass style in a few of her paintings, most notably Komposition, 1912. Painted mostly during Erin Gillespie‘s expressionist painting class at Bemis School of Art (summer 2019).
